WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL WITH MY ORDER?

We no longer provide return labels (or returns forms) for orders placed on our AU site. Instead, all returns are to be booked via our Returns portal.

The portal is super easy to use and Australian based customers will be emailed a return label to print and attach to the return parcel.

International customers are required to cover their return postage with the post office directly. Your Order ID is linked to your tracking number, but you can include the order card with your return as well.
